NCIS:LA "The Bank Job" and White Collar 1.11 "Home Invasion"

...we found out that Hetty likes really big guns, that Kensi has a box of stuff that is very important to her, which includes bracelets, a (wooden?) snake, a doll, jelly bracelets and a harmonica. Also, she has Daddy issues. (No one ever has Mom issues, because mothers clearly aren't that important). We also found out Nate plays a mean blues harmonica, and that automatically makes him hot in my eyes. (Yes, it's a strange feeling). We found out G has to take a test in order to go on a date with Sam, and that Sam has a sequined glove from The King of Pop locked in his safe at home. Also, G knows Sam has a little laugh which means he's not telling the truth. And that Sam wants to show G "his Navy Seal thing".

There was also something about big gobs of money and terrorists and a bank heist. ::waves hands:: Whatever. The fake bank heist was actually pretty cool, but were we really supposed to believe Kensi was dead, after losing Dom so recently? Also, are we really supposed to believe Sam and G are just going on their first date now? That their relationship before this was only about the sex? I don't think so. They've been holding hands over their morning coffee for a long time now, and don't try and tell me differently.

Of course, it is possible that G is so skittish that Sam has to tell him it's only about the sex. ::ponders::

Aw! So cute!

That's my basic response to anything involving WC. Seriously, Peter and Neal are the cutest odd couple EVER. Loved Peter gleefully telling Alex(?) that he's with the FBI, when he clearly sees Neal making frantic motions for him not to. And Neal with the pissy "that's my chair" the following morning. Peter takes such obvious pleasure in irritating Neal. It's also interesting that he's still investigating, swiping the scrabble tile and running the women's fingerprints, checking under the couch cushions to see what book Neal was reading. (The couch that Peter sweated on). He knows that when it comes to Kate, Neal doesn't have a lick of sense. Still, Neal sounded so hurt outside the bar, wondering why Peter still doesn't trust him. Um, maybe because you're still hiding stuff from him? And because, if anything happens, it's Peter's ass on the line? Still, I wonder if Peter honestly doesn't trust Neal, or if he's trying to protect him.

I missed Elizabeth, I'm assuming TH was out having her baby?

I liked that Peter and Neal were on the same page, once again, at the end. I think Peter still had slight doubts about Neal cutting the tracking device, but once he figured out the code they were working together once again, and the little trick with turning the power back on was awesome. Also awesome was that linger looking Peter gave Neal at the end, so fond and happy that Neal was okay. Sweet!

Also, Neal speaking Japanese is hot. And getting a big fancy hotel suite for Peter was sweet, no matter what his reasons.

All in all, not quite as much fun as last week (needs more Moz and Elizabeth) but still, so very fabulous!

THEY ARE SUCH BOYFRIENDS, ZOMG.

The episode itself was meh, but there was TONS of gay, cute moments for Nate and Eric, and another wonderful chat between Hetty and Kensi. So I count myself a lucky gal.

I think that's it exactly *g*

Because what was it Sam said to Kensi last week? They've been together for longer than most marriages. I think we all know what that means ;-)

I haven't seen White Collar yet (that's fun for tonight) but I think a lot of what Neal takes to be mistrust from Peter is actually Peter trying to protect Neal from himself.

Aw! So cute!

That's pretty much my reaction every week, too.

I might have watched last weeks drugged!Neal scene like, uh, a billion times already.

I just thought Sam wanting to show Callen his Navy SEAL thing was hilarious. I was glad nobody else was home when I watched, because I was all "I bet you do!" *waggles eyebrows* Hetty continues to be awesome.

And the teasing between Peter and Neal when that rich dude started to try to copy Neal. <3 So much <3

I vote for option 2. Peter wants to protect Neal from himself and his stupid obsession over Kate.

I did so miss Moz and El, too.
