And you caught thoughts and actions for both of them that I think are so very believable - that Rodney would be pragmatic about his pleasure and his orientation, and still so irritably resigned to the other shoe always dropping, and John would be both more experienced and more fearful, more self-controlling, more mean, if I can put it like that (still love him for it, but I think there's a sharp, cruel thread running through that soul).
