Thank you for pointing to your fic, it was very giggle-inducing. I loved it.

I'm just feeling a little overwhelmed by RL--we finally decided to take that big grown-up step and go for a pre-approval on a mortgage so we can start shopping around, and my hours at work get reduced. Temporarily--I know there's more money coming in but we don't know when, and I had just made the decision to stick with my shaky job because overall I like it but after two years of comtemplation I just want to go forward with the property-buying, you know?
