I am all nervous about meeting thegrrrl2002. What if she hates me? What if we don't get along? What if my pretty newly streaked hair turns green in the hot tub?
Yes, it's all kind of irrational fears.
But you know? I've met several people in RL from fandom in the last couple years, and all rock wonderfully. Most people are mostly like their online personas, with only one or two exceptions. So the odds are good that we will get along like a house on fire!
