Whoa. I'm still a bit boggled here. What the hell was all that? The visions? Who is giving the vampires orders? And Sam, WTF? OMG you really are all wrong. Who are you? I actually had to rewind and rewatch just to make sure I saw what I thought I saw - Sam letting Dean get turned by a vampire. That was like a punch to the gut. And Samuel, now you seem like the good guy. Show is messing with my head in a big big way.

I'm not sure I breathed during the last forty minutes. And while I'm not sure where the show is heading, I'm definitely loving it.

Also - Vamp Dean is hot like a hot hot thing. Good lord. I think I fried a few brain circuits watching him.
