Okay, I was just watching ep 8 again & the first scene is in Danny's apartment. Gracie has lost her doll, & Danny finds it under the pull-out bed. Grace's toys are in that living room & so I'd guess that she sleeps there when she stays over & Danny has the one actual bedroom. That's my guess, anyway. *g*
