Home! Hurray for being home!!
Dec. 27th, 2004 03:15 pmYay, I'm home!! I survived another Christmas! It was actually quite fun, although a little hectic, as usual. But, as glad as I was to see everyone, I swear, coming home again the best part of traveling. Cats are happy, husband is happy, I'm happy.
I'm especially happy because I'm staring at my Christmas present--a nifty new flat-panel monitor! Woo! It looks amazing. I mean, really amazing. What a good husband. Once in a while, at least. *g*
Wow, my icons look so cool!

Date: 2004-12-27 11:50 pm (UTC)I've dubbed the weeks between Halloween and New Year's "eating season." In addition to the usual holidays we also celebrate three birthdays in those weeks. We're just finishing up the remains of one fancy dessert when it's time to cook another.
My kitchen is still full of cookies and candy. And I'm thinking that in a couple of hours I'm going to make hot chocolate with Bailey's Irish Cream. It'll go so well with the spouse's legendary chocolate chip cookies.
