Rodney looking utterly pretty. I love the look in his eyes. He must be looking at John, I figure.
John, back in Atlantis, looking exceptionally dorky (although, pretty, too) while explaining to Elizabeth how he has to get back there and save Rodney from embarrassing himself. Right, John. We're buying that one.
Hee. I had to include this.
I think Elizabeth just suggest that maybe John's a little jealous...
Rodney looks cute as he makes a teepee, explaining how volcanos go boom.
Hmmm, magna under the surface? Heat? Heat under the surface? Is he talking about John again?
Meanwhile, back in Atlantis, Radek leans sexily.
Most fabulous "OH NO WE'RE GONNA DIE" face ever.
To which John points out to Rodney that he tends to be very good under "oh no, gonna die" pressure.
It suddenly occurs to Rodney that he's been complimented. And they're not even in bed. He's so turned on right now.
It doesn't matter that they're gonna die, or that John complimented him, Rodney still pulls the most snark-a-licious face ever when it comes to naming the new ship. Don't you want to just lick his cheek?
John gets very stern and points. Adorably. I mean, look at that hand. Is it cute, or what?
And then, very proudly, John names the ship.
Meanwhile, in Atlantis, Radek is worried, scruffy, and sexy.
From one of my favorite moments--John has his little freakout over the radio with Rodney, insisting Rodney get his ass in gear and Fix the Damn Engines. (more like "Ingins"). Then he looks up and realizes he was having his uncool little freakout in front of the babe. Oops.
Rodney an idea, for which he must use to pointy finger.
It's such a good idea, it takes TWO pointy fingers.
He never gets a chance to tell anyone what his idea is, so later, he gets to spring it on everyone. Smugly.
Which brings me to my second favorite scene, where Rodney explains his great idea, and John gets progressively cuter as the explanation goes on. No, really, he does. See, now while this is cute....
...this is a few points higher on the cute-o-meter.
And higher...at this point the cute-o-meter is being calibrated with puppies and kittens, just to ensure an accurate reading.
And finally, John cutely realizes that Rodney's plan is actually a very clever idea. I do wonder if John makes the same faces when Rodney's talking dirty to him. You know, explain his clever plan of how he's gonna get John off later.
Rodney is very proud of his plan, and rightly so. Which makes him look quite cute, too.
Oh, look, it's Ronon's neck.
And John gets to sit in Orion's big chair and look dubious.
Then our thigh-touching, intrepid heroes are saved, and look er, intrepid and heroic? when they get back to Atlantis.
John suddenly realizes it's been five minutes since he last teased Rodney.
He very successfully yanks Rodney's chain.
Which Rodney eventually catches on to, and we get the "I am so going to fuck his brains out when I get him back to my room" expression on his face.
And there you have it. Infernally cute.
