OMG, I love this ep with the heat of a zillion exotic particles suns. I got teary-eyed at the hug at the end. And then squealed with delight at the team scene. So. Damn. Sweet!!! It was all about The Love. I swear, Gero rocks.

High points for me:

1. Kate Hewlett. She's marvelous. Talented, pretty, and as charming as her brother. She was fabulous in the role.
2. Meredith. It should have been a cheap laugh, but for some reason, it tickled me to death. I loved that it was what she called him all the time, not just as a joke.
3. John's reaction to "Meredith".
4. John's everything. The golfing, his showing Jeannie the clip from "Letters" - aw! The fact that he was pumping her for stories about Rodney as a child. So much love!
5. Rodney. Our Rodney. So awkward with Jeannie in the beginning. So upset with everyone's love of "Rod".
6. Science!! Lots of Science!! Big glowy balls of science! With added Zelenka!
7. Rod!! Rod!! Leather! Everyone Loves Rod!
8. AU John: Mr. Mensa Club Know-it-all. Heee! It was his idea to travel to the other universe. Because he's smmmmmart!!
9. Rod surviving his trip back (at least, we're pretty sure he did.) Thank you for not breaking my heart, Mr. Gero.
10. No More ZPM!!! OMG!

Extra bonus points for continuity. References to the Arctus project from "Trinity"! Vid clip from "Letters"!

Double extra bonus points for, um, everything else. Like yanking my heart out and returning it tied up with a nice little bow on top. All the lovely John/Rodney moments made me very happy. John pacing in Rodney's room while John just chilled out and cleaned his clubs. SWEET.

The whole ep--just fabulous. I'm feeling the Team Love.

And SG1 gets Honorable Mention, for having Ben Browder naked and handcuffed to a bed. And the hug at the end.
