Eeee! Sam's soul!! It's back! Clearly, Death is the baddest bad ass of them all -- plucking souls from the cage and tucking them into his little black bag like it's nothing at all. Sheesh. How can Death be so awesome? I think he kind of likes Dean. Even if Dean does roll his eyes at Death.

And I'm sorry Dean, but I knew from the get-go you were going to screw this one up. Saving people is what you do, not taking their lives. Even if it is destiny. Or dust in the wind.

I thought this was the end for Bobby, and I'm very relieved it wasn't. Nice timing there, Dean.

And things get a little more mysterious with the souls, Death telling Dean to keep looking for answers. I liked that. Very cryptic, but after all, he is Death.

Don't know what to expect from Sam after this, but it will be nice to have him back again. I missed him.

Is it time for new eps yet?

I was quite entertained by soul-less Sam. I'll be curious to see how this goes from here.

I love Death - and I particularly love how he points Dean in the right direction. Cool.

Soul-less Sam was pretty entertaining, I have to agree. But he wasn't Sam, which made me and Dean very sad. I want Dean to have his brother back! I hope the resouling goes well. ::wibbles::

I heart Death totally. Why can't he be a regular?? WHY?? Poor Dean. I love the fact that Death actually talks to him, like Dean matters. It makes me happy. :D

I'm so glad they brought him back again. He was the most awesome of the horsemen. And you're right, he does talk to Dean like Dean matters. I'm pretty sure he doesn't really bother to talk to most other creatures. Dean is special. *g*

Yeah, Death rocked this episode.

Though my cynical side is anticipating the spn writer's half-baked idea of what constitutes a soul.

Yeah. It's been pretty weird having two Sams, the one down in the cage, and the one out wandering around. I guess they were two half-Sams? And is resouled Sam going to remember what unsouled Sam did?

I squeed when Death opened his little black bag of soul. Soul-less Sam was getting too damn creepy! And poor Dean was so sad!

Oh yeah, I knew that Dean wouldn't be able to pull this one off. It's WAAAAAY to against type for him to start killing people off.

Death rocks like a rockin thing! And yeah, I think he likes Dean, too. *g*

I was scared for Bobby, but I was also very scared for Sam! I think that Dean was actually considering slipping the ring back on and walking into the safe room.

Oooh, I never thought about that, but you're right, I think Dean was seriously considering giving Sam the touch of Death. Eeep!

I really loved last night's episode. I half expected Dean to show up as death when Sam was killing Bobby and that's when he'd fail so I was really worried when he failed with the drunk guy. Loved the way he punched Sam out though. Soulless Sam is totally scary, and I'm kind of sorry that his soul is back. Yeah, I'm weird. LOL

I was wondering if Dean was going to be presented with Sam killing Bobby, too! That would have freaked me out. And I'm guessing that would have freaked Dean out, too. Eep!

I am also glad to have seen the end of soulless!Sam. He was downright chilling in this episode, which is good, so that fans can see how wrong he really was.

Death does indeed like Dean. Who couldn't?

Wait, Balthazar doesn't like Dean. Boo. Balthazar is jealous that Sam and Dean took Cas from him.

11 more episodes and weeks of waiting. Here's to more Sam, Dean, Cas (please bring his story forward! Sounds like it's time.), Balthazar, Tessa and Death. Huh. That doesn't sound right.

Soulless Sam was so chilling, and I loved the gradual reveal over time of just how cold he was. Definitely well-played by JP.

I think you're right about Balthazar. He wants Cas to come and party with him, but Dean has first dibs on that. Hee!

Jan 2th seems way far away, although with the hustle and bustle of the holidays, it should pass fairly quickly. I hope. And I want to see more Death, too! Not death, but Death. *g* He's fantastic.

The actor who plays Death is so, so brilliant and awesome, and I am so glad they brought him back again. I hope we see more of him later on. And wow, Death snagged Dean's soul from the cage and brought it back in mere seconds. Death really is the ultimate power. Didn't he tell Dean before that he was more powerful than God? I guess he wasn't lying. But then, I get the feeling that Death never lies. His truth is probably much more effective than any lie would be.

I'm thinking that things will be back to normal after hiatus, but that wall in Sam's mind is a fracking huge shoe that will drop before the end of the season. What will happen then? I can't even begin to think.

In other news, bonus Robert Englund!

Death didn't even break a sweat snatching up that soul. Woo baby!

I think you're right about Death not needing to lie. I think such a concept is beneath him.

I'm just so happy that Sam's soul is back, I haven't even thought about the wall coming down. I just want him back! And for Dean to be happy!

The wall is going to stay there, right? Right?
