Most definitely. He finds it baffling that Danny hasn't fallen in line yet, but is starting to suspect that Danny taking his tie off equals Danny stripping naked.

I read a fic in the pineapple_infested meme about Steve getting ehm...fascinated by the part of Dannys neck revealed when he is not wearing a tie and after that watched episode 11.....and I have to admit it is very sexy seeing at least a bit..

but I very much support more shirtlessness!!with water!! and manly comforting
