It is hilarious. A lot of people say it reminds them of SGA but to me it is more similar to dueSouth.

And yes, they bicker a serial killer to death. Steve is frequently both wet and shirtless, and Danny calls him babe on a regular basis.

Also it has Daniel Dae Kim on a fucking motorbike. Good times.

The Hawai and Miami Vice bit never had me interested, and I think my libido died so shirts are ok, but you say dS!! I'll try to get my hands on the pilot and the serial killer ep, two should give a good taste.
