I need a fic where Danny actually does bust a shoulder seam or something and Steve the Boyscout whips out a needle and thread from, like, one of his Cargo Pockets of Amazing and stitches it right up. Only question: does he make Danny take off the shirt, or does he sew it up with Danny still wearing it, holding him still with little touches on his arm and his back?

This is a very nice thing to ponder, is all I'm saying.

Huh. That is indeed a very profound question.

Maybe Steve starts out by trying to fix it while it's still on, with lots of little touches, but finally decides Danny needs to take it off? Or maybe he gets so distracted by touching Danny that he accidentally pokes Danny with the needle, and after lots of handwaving and complaining, Danny takes it upon himself to take his shirt off?

Or something like that.

Or, it's too ripped to be fixed, so Steve tosses Danny one of the extra T-shirts he keeps in his office, which, oddly enough, is also very snug on Danny's shoulders and biceps, and then Steve has to spend the day looking at Danny's shoulders and arms and the bare little V of his throat that's not covered by a tie, while also watching Danny walking around in one of *his* shirts and it's all very distracting and form-fitting and intimate and 100% cotton/soft/touchable and did I mention how distracting it is?
