charlidos has scans of the Starburst mag interview with JF, and if I wasn't flailing impatiently for S3, I certainly am now. Although be forewarned, it's somewhat spoiliery. But Joe says this:

I know I read that and was like...*guh* And I thought the banter was great in the Second season too..plus add in what he said the season was going to be like..plus the addition of Brad Turner as a director.

I can't wait for this season to start because with what they were like in Season 2, and it's only going to get better, can you imagine the amount of STORIES that are going to come out of this.

But on the down side, I may just combust from the slash.

But seriously, if we could get another episode like "Home" but with John going to visit Rodney--and well, it's not a totally made up world, I may just pass out.

Can you picture them, hanging out because Atlantis is really where they feel comfortable now..and it's almost as if they have nothing to do...Rodney having more than a few hours of down-time..he'll be lost.

They so have to have them hang with each other, no one else can understand what they are going through, so they must depend and rely and maybe get drunk and maybe hug each other...muchly. *smile*

I've given in and started reading a few spoilers, but not on Gateworld because those are way too detailed. I don't mind knowing what an ep is about, but gw tends to give away major details.

It's very sucky. They just started airing S9 SG1 tonight. At 11pm.

The SG franchise doesn't rate well down here. Hmm. I wonder if they put it on in a decent time slot and didn't yank it for every sporting event known to man it might eventually gather a following? *ponders*

Is there any chance that you could feed this little spoiler virgin a few more carefully-selected bones when you get back tonight, if you have the time? Because this post already made me grin like a loon, on top of all the elevator-induced BLISS!

Hmmmm...he did mention that this season is going to be a little darker and dirtier (YUM) (but probably not "dirty" in the way we're hoping). And that they are exploring the chemistry among the characters. JF seems happy that "the show's writers are doing an exceptionally good job this year of giving us some interesting things to do and that are a real joy to sink your teeth into as an actor".

He also says there's an ep which largely takes place in a puddle jumper, and he hates that because he's staring at the window while he's piloting and can't really interact with the other actors. So he says Sheppard needs to find the auto-pilot so he can go into the back and make himself a sandwich or hump Rodney or take a nap. Or he needs to hire a chauffeur.

Hee, I loved that interview. JF comes as very intelligent and sexy as usual, also very excited about this season and the spoilers were tantalizing without giving much away. And whoohoo for the Sheppard and McKay banter:)

Hehe, I was rather excited about the "banter" myself too! I certainly am looking forward to some of those moments in S1. Joe always comes across (to me at least) as holding back from saying more. I always think that possibly he wants to make a dirty joke or say something not print-worthy...

But yes, I can't believe that it's only 2 weeks away... :)
