Those two grant proposals I shipped out Friday? FEDEX has no idea where they are. They aren't in the system. Despite the fact I personally handed them to the FEDEX person in the FEDEX office.

They're going to let me know when they figure it out.

The deadline was a 'mail by' not 'recieve by' date, so all may not be lost. Unless the packages are.

I am SO not happy.

completely. once it took me over a week to get them to admit to their error...and when they did their response was to tell me they couldn't understand why i thought they should give me a refund. *headdesk*
